Create a green dining area

And experience the beneficial effect of plants
The place your dining table is so much more than just a place to eat. It's where you gather with your family and friends to break bread and create memories. What would happen if you transformed this space into a green oasis of calm? Get inspired and discover the benefits of a green dining area.

Tips for houseplants in your area

The plants in our example were chosen based on diversity in size, shape and shades of green. Ficus Lyrata is a house tree that, especially in a large pot, is a real eye-catcher in any dining area. Philodendron Scandens is an easy hanging and climbing plant that does perfectly in a hanging pot on the wall or on a (display case) cabinet. Alocasia zebrina, aka elephant's ear, makes a statement on the floor with its striped stems and large leaves. Plants like Fern adiantum and Rhipsalis like to steal the show on your dining table or windowsill.
