How to press flowers and plants
Save the memories of summer by pressing and framing plants that remind you of a lovely moment. You’re bound to have pressed flowers as a child - can you remember how to do it?
Firstly make sure that the plant or flower that you want press is not too thick. Place the plants and flowers between the pages of a (weighted) book: ideally a beautiful old encyclopaedia of plants for the sake of nostalgia! Leave the plant or flower to press for at least 3 weeks. If the plant or flower is not properly pressed yet, place between two clean pages and ‘forget’ your project again for a while. The next time you look, they will have turned out beautifully!

On the wall or on the dresser
You can place the finished product in a beautiful frame or a glass case. One glance at it will take you back in time. You can almost smell the summer memories!
