The dining table is a place where many Christmas traditions are established and honoured. A place where you gather with loved ones and a place that especially during the holidays deserves some extra attention and decoration! And what better way to do that than with plants in warm, cheerful colours? Read on and get inspired.
Table decorations with plants
You already knew that plants contribute to a warm and homely atmosphere. But which plants should you choose? Do you go for a table full of plants in different shades of green? Or do you choose plants with warm colours, in line with the current style trend?
In our example, we used colourful plants such as orchids, croton and amaryllis. We created a colourful centrepiece by putting plants, twigs and candle holders together on a large bowl. Tip: for an extra festive feel, place colourful sprigs all over the table, for example around candle holders, napkin rings and glasses.
Plants as a colourful gift to yourself
Are the holidays over? Don't let that spoil your plant fun! Give bloomers a nice spot in your home and/or give a few plants as a gift to your guests as a memento of the happy holidays together. It's also a good idea to give colourful plants a prominent place in your home office and discover the positive effects can have colour on your career!
